Only government?
No. Pedigree is public-sector — city systems, public safety, a public-owned data center. The current book is operators and K-12: logistics, fitness, construction and restoration, schools.
Fractional CTO or MSP — which do we need?
CTO is strategy and ownership — roadmaps, budgets, vendors, platform calls. MSP is day-2 — monitoring, identity, backup, help desk. Most clients buy both.
Do you put a chatbot on our site?
No. Agents run behind approval gates on real work — governed, logged, and human-approved on production. Nothing experimental faces your customers.
Will we be listed on the site?
Only with your written permission, and removed the same day you ask. That is the whole policy.
